a\u00f1o de presi\u00f3n preventiva como medida de coerci\u00f3n contra el joven Ricky Joel De la Cruz, acusado de ser el autor intelectual del asesinato a balazos de tres personas, incluyendo a un ni\u00f1o de 2 a\u00f1os.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Este presunto asesino del dominicanyor Ranfiel Jim\u00e9nez, el jovencito Yeniel Tejada y el ni\u00f1o Jacob Tejada Mora, deber\u00e1 cumplir la medida coercitiva en la prisi\u00f3n Najayo Hombre.<\/p>\n<p>Al escuchar la evacuaci\u00f3n de la sentencia de la Sala Judicial, el joven Ricky Joel De la Cruz, dijo temer por su vida y responsabiliz\u00f3 de su destino a los abogados y familiares de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades del Ministerio P\u00fablico y del Sistema Carcelario Nacional, deben tomar las medidas pertinentes, para evitar la ejecuci\u00f3n del citado joven, por ser \u00e9ste una pieza importante para que caigan presos los autores materiales y se determine las razones de este triple crimen.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00eda un duro golpe para los familiares de las v\u00edctimas, que los se\u00f1alados autores materiales de tan horrible hecho, Juan Jos\u00e9 Vargas Javier y Alexander Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez, puedan evadir el peso de la justicia, como ha sucedido con otros casos similares o de mayor contundencia.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades judiciales y cancelarias tienen la \u00faltima
